Vaughan is the 15th largest city in Canada. It is known as the "City above Toronto". The growth over the past 20 years has been huge and has placed Vaughan as one of the best places to live in Canada. Vaughan offers great shopping from Vaughan Mills Mall, The Woodbridge Market to big box stores and still many family boutique stores. Maple, formally known as the Village of Maple was founded in 1852. It stands proudly in the centre of Vaughan. The boundaries of Maple are south of Teston Road, north of Rutherford Road, east of Highway 400 and west of Keele Street. It's major growth has taken place in the past thirty years. Maple is surrounded by beautiful greenspace and offers wonderful walking and biking paths. Known for Canada’s largest theme park Canada’s Wonderland, Maple has become one of Vaughan’s most vibrant communities.
Maple is a commuters dream and is reknowned for it's excellent busing transportation network. Maple offers buses to the TTC Subway line to Highway 7 and Jane Street. The Go
Station in Maple is a wonderful route to downtown Toronto. Maple is a wonderful place to raise a family offering all amenities as a major City. From Dance to Hockey to Bocce Ball or a simple walk in the park, Maple has it all. Top recreation centres offer a great combination of programs for it’s families.
Maple Real Estate - Maple offers properties from luxury homes to large Detached to smaller bungalows, townhouses and condos. Prices range from $800,000 to over 5 million. Older Maple boasts large beautiful lots though some of the newer delevelopments have smaller lots. Most lots tend to start from 30 - 60 ft. wide. The depths can range from 75 to over 250 feet.

Patterson, Vaughan Real Estate - Patterson is located in the North east area of Vaughan. The boundaries for Patterson are Major Mackenzie Drive in the North, Highway 7 to the South, West of Dufferin Street to the West and Bathurst Street to the east. The Neighbourhood is a newer neighbourhood built over the past 20 years. You will find only Detached and Townhouses in this area though a couple of condos are in pre construction. Patterson has great tansportation minutes to hwy 400, hwy 7 and 407. Minutes to the TTC makes for a great commute to the city.
